Prevents Isaac from being able to pick up consumables such as pills, cards, or runes.

Transforms a consumable in the room into a random item from any item pool. Each use causes a finger to curl, with a total of 3 fingers for 3 uses per floor.

Marked skulls in Chapter 3 will always drop Teleport!. Cracked Keys during ascent will be transformed into Red Keys.

Cannot be found naturally and can only be obtained via Ethereal Arm.
